As a seasoned professional deeply immersed in the realms of recruitment, coaching, and career expertise, I bring to the table a wealth of knowledge acquired over my 25-year career.

Specialising in global recruitment and headhunting, I have successfully navigated the intricacies of matching exceptional candidates with client requirements, demonstrating a unique ability to think creatively in the pursuit of top talent.

My journey as a co-parent living with two teenagers has afforded me a unique perspective on the delicate balance between professional commitments and personal responsibilities. For over 16 years, I have skillfully cultivated a work-life harmony, ensuring my availability for my children's after-school endeavours while maintaining an impressive track record in the recruitment field.

I have membership with The European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).

My extensive experience includes interviewing individuals across diverse roles, from Teaching Assistants to CEOs, and providing expert assessments on CVs and suitability for various positions.

Amid the challenges of lockdown in 2020, I identified a crucial gap in the UK's divorce proceedings - a lack of an independent, specialised voice on earning capacity. Motivated by the need for professional consultation and assessment in spousal maintenance agreements, I developed the Earning Capacity Report.

This innovative assessment report, born out of meticulous research, serves as a pivotal tool in mediation, offering a breakthrough in discussions surrounding earning capacity. Recognising the emotional and stressful nature of such negotiations, my report provides a realistic evaluation of earning capacity for the short, medium, and long term. It aims to dispel any barriers that may cloud the truth of someone's potential, facilitating a more informed and fair resolution.

It is essential to note that my focus lies in dispute resolution, with a primary aim to mediate and circumvent court proceedings altogether. I write reports about the person that is instructing me; I cannot write a report about your spouse without their prior knowledge and consent. An expert witness's primary duty is to the court, not the party instructing them. This duty requires the expert to provide objective, unbiased, and impartial opinions based on their expertise, even if those opinions do not favor the party who engaged them. This duty to the court overrides any obligation to the instructing party.
